Service

Steadyward provides focus timers, productivity analytics, session history, reminders, and optional premium subscription features.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on platform.
• Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by the applicable store terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform billing flows, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadyward is provided on an as-is basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
