Steadyward Privacy Policy

Steadyward collects the information needed to create accounts, run focus sessions, synchronize data across devices, process subscriptions, and improve product reliability.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication metadata
• Product data: focus sessions, tags, notes, tasks, goals, streak data, settings, and subscription status
• Diagnostics: crash reports, device metadata, and product analytics events

How We Use Information

• authenticate users
• sync user data across devices
• power analytics, history, reminders, and widgets
• process and verify subscriptions through RevenueCat and the underlying app stores
• monitor crashes and product usage to improve the service

Third Parties

Steadyward uses Supabase for backend infrastructure, RevenueCat for subscription management, Sentry for crash reporting, and PostHog for product analytics.

Data Retention

We retain account and session data while an account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to resolve fraud, billing, or support issues.

User Rights

Users can delete their account directly inside the app. See Delete Your Steadyward Account for the required steps and retention details. Users may also request data assistance by contacting support@steadyward.app.
